Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the jewelry in its original branded packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box to ensure it arrives safely back to our studio.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the designated carrier location. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
